Our Safety Team, including our Safety Manager and Training Coordinator, regularly conducts site inspections, safety meetings, research, and ongoing training to continuously improve our safety practices. Safety is embedded in every aspect of our work to minimize risks associated with fencing construction and ensure every team member returns home safely each day.

We take great pride in our highly skilled union workforce, whose rigorous training and strict adherence to safety standards set the foundation for our industry-leading performance. All Priority Fencing union employees:

• Complete DOT physicals and drug and alcohol screenings as part of pre-employment
   
• Are trained extensively in company policies, equipment operation, PPE usage, and incident reporting
   
• Hold relevant certifications and complete continuous safety training specific to their roles
   
• Utilize advanced technology to track project progress and communicate effectively on site
